South 1st Street from Omaha Avenue to Madison Avenue/Approximately 5,000 feet of 50 ft. wide concrete 3. South 1st Street from Old Railroad Tracks to Omaha Avenue/Approximately 1,100 feet of 50 ft. wide concrete 4. Benjamin Avenue from Railroad to Victory Road/ Approximately 4,400 feet of 50 ft. wide concrete 5. Victory Road from Norfolk Avenue to Benjamin Avenue/Approximately 4,800 feet of 37 ft. wide concrete 6. El Camino Drive from Hwy. 35 to Vista Drive/ Approximately 700 feet of 27 ft. wide concrete 7. Braasch Avenue from 7th Street to 5th Street/ Approximately 800 feet of 31 ft. wide concrete 8. 5th Street from Braasch Avenue to Prospect Avenue/ Approximately 860 feet of 31 ft. wide concrete 9. 37th Street from Prospect Avenue to Benjamin Avenue/Approximately 34 mile of 24 ft. wide asphalt 10. Eldorado Road from Benjamin Avenue North to End of Road/Approximately 1,900 feet of 31 ft. wide concrete 11. Golf View Drive from 37th Street to 30th Street/Approximately 1 1/2 mile of 31 ft. wide concrete These projects consist of asphalt work as described above, including, but not limited to, armor coating or chip sealing the above listed projects, and fog sealing and related incidental work. All work called for in the plans and specifications shall be furnished in strict accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department of the City of Norfolk, and bids will be received only upon the forms furnished by the Engineer. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check on a bank whose deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in the amount of 5% of the total bid price and must be payable without condition to the Treasurer, City of Norfolk, Nebraska, as evidence of good faith of the bidder and as agreed liquidated damages in case the bidden whose proposal is accepted by the City of Norfolk fails to enter into contract within ten (10) days from the Notice of the Award or fails to furnish acceptable bond to complete the work and pay for all labor and materials used, said bond to be in the amount of 100% of the total bid price.
