South 15th Street from Ta Ha Zouka Drive to Monroe Avenue/ Mill and fill existing concrete street approximately 1 /4 mile from Ta Ha Zouka Drive to Monroe Avenue. 2. Omaha Avenue from 37th Street to 25th Street/ Pulverization of approximately 0.5 mile of concrete road, milling and cement stabilization of approximately 900 feet of asphalt road, milling of approximately 1,700 feet of asphalt road and asphalt overlay over entire mile. 3. Norfolk Avenue from the Bypass to 14th Street/ Mill and fill all lanes including turn lanes of existing concrete/bituminous street. 4. 37th Street from Benjamin Avenue to City Limits north of Golf View Drive/ Mill and fill approximately 0.5 miles of existing concrete street over entire roadway 5. Victory Road from River Run Road approximately 2,200 feet North/ Mill and fill approximately 2,200 feet of existing asphalt street over entire roadway 6. 13th Street from Pasewalk Avenue to Georgia Avenue/ Patch west lane of southbound lanes as directed by the Engineer Each bid must be accompanied by abid bond or certified check on a bankwhose deposits are insured by theFederal Deposit Insurance Corporationin the amount of 5% of the total bidprice and must be payable withoutcondition to the Treasurer All labor and materials used, said bondto be in the amount of 100% of thetotal bid price.
