Site work and paving for a road / highway in Norfolk, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bids will be received for a single general contract for the Work. Lowest responsible bid will be based on an evaluation of the bid proposal. Substitutions will not be used to determine the low bidder. Faxed bids will not be acceptable. A standard City of Norfolk construction contract agreement will be entered into with the successful bidder. The City of Norfolk reserves the right to reject any and all bids and reserves the absolute right to select the Contractor or team which is, in the City's sole discretion, best suited to providing the requested services, on a competent, timely basis, regardless of price.
