Remnant Construction, LLC, Construction Manager (CM) for Florida Atlantic University is seeking qualified subcontractor proposals for the Florida Atlantic University Buildings T5 & T6 Exterior Renovations project located at NW 8th Ave, Boca Raton, FL 33431. The work shall be completed in accordance with the construction documents as prepared by Saltz Michealson Architects and their consulting engineers. The scope of the project consists of renovating the exteriors of two existing buildings: roof replacement, exterior painting, light fixture replacement, structural steel repairs, and window repairs To receive prequalification details, access to bid documents, and to schedule a walkthrough, please contact Christopher Martinez by email at cmartinez@remnantconstruction.com.
