With this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Greater Boca Raton Beach & Park District hereinafter, referred to as "District", is searching for a qualified proposer to design, finance, develop, and operate recreation facilities for the purpose of providing recreational opportunities to the residents of the District. The District seeks a partnership with a private entity that can provide expertise in providing a unique recreational amenity for its residents. The procurement process encourages Proposers to offer innovative and creative plans to complete this project. The District seeks a plan that is inclusive of the surrounding park conceptual master plan (Exhibit A) and sustainable principles that align with SITES. Additionally, the District seeks innovative approaches to delivery and financing that will provide minimal impact on taxpayers and create the highest value for residents.
