The Cass County Land Bank Authority (hereafter "the CCLBA" or "the LBA") is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for asbestos abatement and demolition of one commercial property located in Newberg Township, Cass County, Michigan. 7.7 Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted by email by end of day August 21, 2025, and directed to both individuals listed below: Hope Anderson, Cass County Treasurer/Land Bank Chair Therese Searles, Fishbeck hopea@cassco.org tsearles@fishbeck.com Responses to questions will be available on August 22, 2025, by the end of day.
