Renovation of a residential development in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
As of September 17, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on September 24, 2025. All responses must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents. All questions concerning interpretation, changes or modifications shall be referred to the Contracts Division via email: contracts@mccno.com. Plans, Specifications, or Bid Documents shall submit a written request to the Owner in time to be received by the Owner by Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 10:00am I. Scope The Purpose of this policy is to ensure that maintenance and renovation to MCCNO are done in such a way to: Reduce waste and achieve higher diversion rates; Set criteria for products and furniture purchase for the building; Maintain air quality during construction projects.This policy applies to any ongoing facility maintenance activities and any facility renovations that occur in MCCNO. This policy includes guidelines for both staff and contractors to use in purchasing materials related to these activities, disposing of waste generated from these activities, and managing indoor air quality during these activities. The following materials are covered under this policy: Base building elements permanently or semi- permanently attached to the building (excluding mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components and specialty items such as elevators). Fixtures and equipment are not considered base building elements; Furniture and furnishings as well as necessary components and parts. For the purposes of this policy, routine maintenance includes but is not limited to painting, carpet replacement, and ceiling tile replacement. Renovations include fit-outs affecting more than one room, or large rooms such as the lobby or board room, and involve multiple elements, such as moving walls and electrical work, or replacing multiple different architectural finishes.
