Reference number: 20089281 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 6 BIXI, a world-renowned non-profit organization (NPO), has the mission of operating one of the largest bike-sharing systems in North America. Through its history and the nature of its operations, BIXI is an undisputed leader in bike sharing systems management. To this end, we have decided to promote, among other things, the repair and refurbishment of assets whenever possible. Currently some equipment is in an unfortunate state, but could be put back into circulation if refurbished. The present call for tenders therefore concerns the refurbishment of technical paving stones. Delivery schedule According to our internal estimate, the value of the project exceeds $100,000, which makes it subject to the rules of a public tender under the SEAO portal. The file will be presented to the BIXI administration committee on October 29. Subject to his/her approval, the issuance of the PO and shipping of the paving stones to the successful bidder will begin on November 3. The entire set of technical pavers will be delivered by BIXI Montreal after the contract is signed (according to incoterm DDP) and according to a delivery schedule. The delivery of the technical paving stones will start on November 3 and will be staggered until November 28, 2025. The recovery of technical paving stones will be operationalized by BIXI Montreal (according to the incoterm DDP) and according to a shipping schedule. The recovery of refurbished technical paving stones will start on March 1st and continue until March 31, 2026.
