Reference number: 20091465 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-09-15 Renovation and expansion of the Trenholme Sports Center When a site visit is required, the Bidder must make an appointment according to the following terms: Visit dates: September 2 to September 24 inclusive Schedule: Between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Deadline to make an appointment: September 19, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. To make an appointment: martin.pigeon@montreal.ca 2.3.6 The Bidder must have reviewed the Specifications before the visit. The person conducting the visit is not authorized under any circumstances to answer questions or explain the scope of the work or project constraints. All questions must be submitted according to the procedures outlined in section 2.4 Modifications and Communications related to the Call for Tenders. 2.3.7 The Bidder or their representative attending the visit must comply with on-site safety requirements by wearing, if required, personal protective equipment such as boots, helmets, safety vests, harnesses, and goggles. A supervised site visit is mandatory and failure to attend will result in rejection of the Bid.
