The person conducting the visit is not authorized under any circumstances to answer questions or explain the scope of the work or project constraints. All questions must be submitted according to the procedures outlined in section 2.4 Modifications and Communications related to the Call for Tenders. 2.3.7 The Bidder or their representative attending the visit must comply with on-site safety requirements by wearing, if required, personal protective equipment such as boots, helmets, safety vests, harnesses, and goggles. A supervised site visit is mandatory and failure to attend will result in rejection of the Bid.
