The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Headquarters' Acquisition Directorate, Office of Contract Support, requires a vendor to support and maintain the IP-based Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems at USCG Sector Delaware Bay in Philadelphia, PA, through a Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA). The vendor must ensure the CCTV system remains fully operational at all times, with monthly maintenance, software updates, and timely repairs. Performance will be measured by system uptime and response times. The CCTV system is critical to security operations and must meet high-quality standards, adhering to industry best practices and technical specifications. Location: USCG Sector Delaware Bay, 1 Washington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19147 Questions Due Date: Any questions or concerns regarding any aspect of this RFQ shall be sent to Luis.a.marmolynirio2@uscg.mil by 12:00 PM ET on 15 August 2025. Answers to questions will be posted publicly on SAM.gov. Offerors are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov web site for postings and amendments, answers to questions, and other supplementary instructions or information that may be posted. Projects submitted must either be in process or have been completed within the past two (2) years (calculated from solicitation release date).
