The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is soliciting quotes to provide environmental services involving pit cleaning, epoxy repairs, and maintenance services on two (2) mechanic pits on a routine pre-scheduled basis and on an expedited/emergency schedule as needed for a three (3) year contract period. Due to a lack of maintenance, we require an initial sweep and repair of the pits that will be more extensive than the typical maintenance service event of this contract; This shall be included in the pricing as a separate line-item event. The Bid will be opened electronically on the scheduled Opening Date/Time and will be secure and unreadable by SEPTA until that time. Attendance at the Bid Opening meeting is not mandatory. SEPTA retains the right to reject any and all bids, as determined to be in the best interest of SEPTA. Each bid submitted shall remain firm for at least ninety (90) days from the date of the Bid Opening and may not be withdrawn in whole or in part during that time. By submitting a bid, the bidder certifies that the bid price is held firm for that time and any extension thereof. The contract duration is 1,095 calendar days (3 years) from the notice to proceed.
