The work shall include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required for the installation of: Site 3 - 903 Road - Install 30" x 30' Round Equivalent Corrugated Metal Pipe with Flared End Sections Site 5 - 905 Road - Install Twin 66" x 36' Corrugated Metal Pipes with Flared End Sections Site 11 - 908 Road - Install 72" x 50' Corrugated Metal Pipe Site 37-38 - 904 Road - Install 66" x 48' Corrugated Metal Pipe with Headwalls. Each bidder will be required to submit with his proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the County Treasurer of Boyd County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of their proposal. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall furnish within ten (10) days after the award a surety bond or bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. The form of the bonds and surety shall be acceptable to the Boyd County Board of Supervisors. The bidder will include an estimated time of beginning and completion for the project with the proposal. The Contractor will be allowed 15 calendar days for completion of the work at each site. The required completion date of the project is June 1, 2026. The Boyd Board of County Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to pass upon the regularity, and to waive any irregularities.
