This Request for Tenders ("RFT") is an invitation by The Niagara Parks Commission ("NPC") to prospective Bidders to submit tenders for the provision of general construction services, including the supply of materials and execution of surface works, for the West Side Parking Lot at the Niagara Parks Power Station, located in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The scope of work also includes modifications and adjustments to the existing stormwater management system to support site improvements and ensure proper drainage as further described in the RFT document. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
