Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform water treatment services for the Iowa City VA Medical Center. Services include monthly water treatment for chilled water, heating water, and steam systems, as well as quarterly water treatment for cooling towers. Contractor shall also provide quarterly Legionella testing and quarterly cleaning of cooling towers. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations. Location: Iowa City VA Medical Center, 601 Highway 6 West, Iowa City, IA 52246 Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing no later than 10:00am Central Standard Time (CST), 8-20-2025.
