Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Salisbury, Maryland. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The University is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the demolition of (3) separate structures within a 1-mile radius of Salisbury University. Demolition may occur separately or simultaneously. If completed individually start with Phase 1 then proceed to Phase 2 and Phase 3. Phase 1 must be 100% complete prior to starting other phases. Phase 2 and Phase 3 may be completed together given their close proximity to each other. All demolition phases are for single structures which vary in construction type and scale. Contract Notice to Proceed date is projected on November/December 2025. Offeror’s shall have 10 Months from NTP to Complete. This IS NOT a Small Business Reserve Only Solicitation. There ARE NO MBE participation requirements. Please only contact and send all RFI’s to the issuing Procurement Office as indicated on the Key Information Summary Sheet. The deadline for RFI’s is 10/01/2025 at 4:00PM; local time in order for the University to be able to timely issue any amendment(s) that may be needed. Only information communicated by the Procurement Officer shall be deemed the official position of the University. No other State or University employee has the authority to change the requirements of this solicitation.
