Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Buckeye, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The nature of the Work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by plans and specifications, and the contract documents. The type, purpose and location of the proposed project are generally described below and in more detail in the plans and specifications. This project is funded by Pulte Development Corporation (hereinafter "Developer") and Developer intends to procure these services in accordance with Ariz. Rev. Stat.
