PROJECT SUMMARY/PRELIMINARY SCOPE OF WORK The Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) will provide preconstruction and construction services for the Central Wastewater Reclamation Facility (CWRF) Expansion which will be located at 915 South 7th Street in Buckeye Arizona. The City of Buckeye (City) intends to expand the Central Wastewater Reclamation Facility (CWRF) with an additional capacity of 1.5 MGD to bring the total treatment capacity to 6 MGD (minimum). To accomplish this, the city is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to perform preconstruction and construction services for the expansion of CWRF. The last expansion of CWRF was performed in 2011.
