Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Downey, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be performed under this Contract generally consists of the construction of traffic signal improvements at the intersection of Guatemala Avenue and Suva Street, as shown on the project plans. The work to be undertaken shall consist of: traffic signal installation; traffic signing, traffic striping and pavement markings; construction of new curb ramps; traffic control and all appurtenant work thereto necessary for the proper construction of the contemplated improvements, in accordance with Plans and Specifications entitled as Capital Improvement Project No. 25-14 - Guatemala Avenue and Suva Street Traffic Signal Installation. Project Duration 40 Working Days to complete all contract work.
