Online Q&A Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 11/06/2025 12:00 PM (PDT) Scope of Services Provide all labor, materials, services, and equipment necessary for the demolition and removal of existing frontage grass area, and the installation of new concrete paving, new District-specified synthetic turf (or approved equal), and seat walls around existing trees. Work shall also include irrigation improvements for existing trees and potential areas as identified in the bid specifications and drawings. Contractor to install temporary fencing around project area. All work shall be completed in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and applicable codes and standards. District will be adding a $17,500 allowance to the awarded contract. Please see bid form for more information. Other Details Notes Requests for substitution of "or equal" product(s) are to be directed in writing to the District at least 7 business days before bids are due, by emailing Carlos Fornelli at cfornelli@dusd.net. A proposed "or equal" product must be demonstrated in all aspects, including, but not limited to, specifications, performance, and warranty. Project Duration 45 consecutive calendar days
