No definite date for the rebid.** Scope of Work - Installation of a Double Door Remove the existing window panel and install new window panel to accommodate a new double door. Remove the existing single door. Furnish and install new solid Cal Wall panels and cut solid Cal Wall panels to accept a double door. Furnish and install two (2) King studs, 16 gauge from concrete floor to underside of the second floor with 16 gauge header. Furnish and install one (1) 5'-0" x 8'-0" HM doorframe, 60 minute rated with two (2) each 2'-6" x 8'-0" x 1-3/4" solid core 60 minutes stain grade doors with 10"x10" clear tempered glass in each door, and eight (8) each 4.5x4.5 sq. BB hinges. One (1) Norton N8501 closer, two (2) Ive-8400 armor plates 30"x28" one on each door, one (1) Pemco smoke seal. Stain the doors to match the existing. Paint doorframe to match existing. Install two (2) door sill at the bottom of each door. Reinstall the existing RP40 with new electrified hinges, 3/4 " recess door contact, composite cables, programming and testing by Commercial Controls. Relocate fire alarm system-strobe/horn from the existing location to new location. Remove three (3) signs from the existing door and install the signs to new doors.
