LACOE is seeking architectural and engineering services for tenant improvements required for two new preschool centers located within the Jordan Downs public housing development. HACLA is in the process of a major redevelopment of the entire Jordan Downs property and has dedicated two sites within the Jordan Downs complex for LACOE to renovate and convert to Head Start preschool centers. HACLA is providing two completed shell structure sites in two phases. The first phase is referred to as S5 and is expected to be completed in December 2026. The second phase is referred to as H3A and is expected to be completed in 2028. Both sites are empty shell structures that will require complete interior renovation by LACOE for use as Head Start preschool. TO BE CONSIDERED, ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN THE BID MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BY THE TIME AND DATE OF CLOSING. PROPOSERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ON-TIME SUBMISSION OF THEIR ELECTRONIC APPLICATIONS.
