Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The Project will include the following scope: - Replace in-suite baseboard heaters with Innova heat pumps. - Replace common space lounges with Innova heat pumps and split heat pump systems. - Replace existing rooftop make-up air units with two (2) new MAUs and one (1) new ERV. - Retrofit existing domestic hot water system by removing boiler and gas connection and replacing with new electric ASHP storage tanks and water heaters. - Alectra Utility upgrade, replace existing building transformer and switchboard, new electrical distribution to roof level.
