Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Work under this contract is to complete tub,shower, and garbage rooms renovation at Malton village long term care facility, Project 25106. The following General Contractors/Bidders have been prequalified for this project in accordance with the most recent Prequalified List from prequalification document 2025-434PQ: - Icon Restoration Services Inc. - RossClair Contractors Inc. - Joe Pace & Sons Contracting Inc - Newgen Construction Corporation - Martinway Contracting Ltd. - Kings Restoration & Contracting Ltd. - Adeli Construction Management Inc - MJ.K. Construction Inc. - Basekamp Construction Corp. - Maracon Construction Limited - Diligent Construction Inc. - ZGemi Inc The Agency will only accept Bidder Submissions in response to this Request for Tender from the prequalified firms stated above. Any Bidder Submissions from Bidders not on the most recent Prequalified List from Document 2025-434PQ, as stated above, shall be deemed non-compliant and not considered for contract award. The contractor agrees to attain Substantial Performance of the work, by the day of April 30 in the year 2026, and Ready-for-Takeover, by the day of May 21 in the year 2026.
