Site work and paving for a road / highway in Celina, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project scope shall include the Paving Improvements, approximately 15,109 SY of 6 - 3600 psi concrete pavement on approximately 17,790 SY of 6 lime stabilized subgrade, all as per NCTCOG and Owners Geotechnical Engineers specifications to serve 123 lots on approximately 26 acres. The project is located West of F.M. 1385 and north of Sand brock Pkwy, in the Sand brock Ranch development in the City of Aubrey ETJ, Denton County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashiers Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashiers Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The deadline to ask questions is 8/29/2025 12:00 AM CST The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened.
