Project scope shall include the Earthwork Improvements, approximately 15,321 CY of excavation and over-excavation and moisture conditioning of 123 pads per NCTCOG and Owner's Geotechnical Engineer's specifications to serve 123 lots on approximately 26 acres. The project is located West of F.M. 1385 and north of Sandbrock Pkwy, in the Sandbrock Ranch development in the City of Aubrey ETJ, Denton County, Texas. Question Deadline 08/29/2025 at 12:00 AM CT The deadline to ask questions Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened.
