Site work for a water / sewer project in Westfield Center, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of October 06, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Greenwich and Lake Road Water Main Extension It is the purpose of this contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, bypass pumping, utility coordination and traffic control necessary for project W-700/00-42.1 to install approximately 3,300 feet of new 12-inch water main along Greenwich Road from and an existing capped water main to the intersection with Lake Road, install approximately 900 feet of new 12-inch water main along Lake Road from the intersection with Greenwich to an existing capped water main, and install approximately 100 feet of 12-inch water main along Daniels Road starting at Greenwich Road, The water main will be constructed by open cut and trenchless methods. The work will also include new hydrants, valves, and surface restoration. A below-grade pressure reducing valve vault will be part of this project as well. The Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and best bidder.
