The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to widen and reconstruct CR 532 from Lake Wilson Road to US 17/92. Specifically, the project consists of widening and reconstruction of the existing two-lane roadway to a four-lane divided highway. Additional elements include milling and resurfacing, stormwater management & ponds, signing & pavement markings, lighting, traffic signals, Utility Work By Highway Contractor, and maintenance of traffic in Osceola County, Florida. A submittal that is received after the date/time specified will be rejected. Rejection of a submittal under those circumstances shall not be the basis of a protest pursuant to the CFX Procedure for Resolution of Protests.
