Renovation of a municipal facility in Lewisville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City of Lewisville, Texas (the "City") is pleased to be accepting qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") team member to provide preconstruction and construction services for its Nature Center project. The City will be using a two-step CMAR selection process in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, and this solicitation is the first step in this process. All goods and services provided to the City must be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") and all regulations promulgated pursuant to the ADA. The successful bidder will be required to certify compliance, if applicable. The City of Lewisville's Nature Center project ("LNCP") is an approximately 13,300 GSF with an entry lobby, space for staff offices, multi-use classrooms, and an exhibit hall. 2. The project also includes a variety of site elements, such has an outdoor classroom, playground, staff/visitor parking and trail access control. 3.
