** As of October 20, Project was awarded to David Enterprises, Inc with no awarded amount available yet** Bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and listing the Project name on the envelope. Proposals shall be properly and completely executed on proposal forms furnished by the County in accordance with Revised Indiana Form 96 and shall be accompanied by the bidder's financial statement. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank money order in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount payable to the Board of Commissioners of Posey County. The bidder receiving the contract award shall be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the award amount which shall remain in effect for 12 months from the date of acceptance of the completed work. The Posey County Serenity Drive Barrett Law Roadway Improvement Project shall be completed by October 30, 2025. No bids shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bids without the consent of the Board of Commissioners of Posey County. Said work shall be subject to all of the provisions of the plans and specifications for the Project, including the Project completion date set forth herein. The Board of Commissioners of Posey County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waives any informality in the bidding process with regard to the Project.
