Scope of Work Remove and replace the roof of the maintenance shop Replace windows at the same facility Contractor must provide: All personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials Full project management, including: Planning Programming Administration Supervision Communication Inspection Compliance Requirements All work must adhere to: Contract specifications Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations Terms and conditions of the contract Timeline Start Date: Within 14 calendar days of receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP) Completion Deadline: 90 calendar days after NTP. The Estimated Magnitude is Between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
