Renovation of a municipal facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Warren County Sheriff Office at Sugar Maple Square Evidence Storage Shelving Document Note per the Owner: The shelving package is for the highlighted areas. The shelves in the center of the space should be high density/moveable shelving (18 ft x 3 ft). Scope of Work General Conditions: 1. Purchasing of evidence shelving according to drawings and specifications provided by Owner OR equivalent. a. Bid specifications and plans shall be requested via email to bryan.downing@ky.gov. 2. Provide storage of items purchased for each phase until time of installation. a. Phase 1- No later than 12/15/25 3. Install and assemble all furniture, fixtures, and equipment purchased within this bid in accordance with specification provided by owner. 4. Pricing for materials shall be tax exempt. See attached documentation. 5. Partial payments will be made monthly with a 10% retainage withheld. 6. Invoices are paid by statement only and within 30 days of the statement due. All statements shall have delivery tickets and/or invoices attached before payment can be processed.
