Demolition and site work for a theater / auditorium in Vibank, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a theater / auditorium; and for site work for a theater / auditorium.
The Village of Vibank is inviting qualified contractors to submit sealed tenders for the demolition and removal of the Vibank Centennial Hall, and the complete remediation of the site in accordance with all applicable regulations, codes, and best practices. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The work under this contract shall include, but is not limited to: 1. Pre-Demolition Requirements Obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals. Prepare and submit a demolition plan for municipal review. 2. Demolition Safe dismantling and removal of the building(s) and any ancillary structures, foundations, and footings. Removal of all debris, materials, and waste to an approved disposal facility. 3. Site Remediation Removal of contaminated soil, if present, in accordance with environmental regulations. Backfilling with clean, compacted fill material to grade level. Site grading to ensure proper drainage. Seeding or temporary stabilization of soil to prevent erosion. 4. Final Deliverables Final inspection and sign-off by the Village and relevant regulatory bodies. Tender packages can be picked up at the Village of Vibank, 101 - 2nd Ave, Vibank.
