Site work for a water / sewer project in Pima, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Town of Pima is in Graham County. This Project, Sewer Line Improvement and Lift Station, will be funded by local funds available to our Public Works Department. This involves extending the Town's sewer line to the new Pima High School and adding a lift station. Background Bring your subcontractors with you to this prebid. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site, as it is near an occupied high school campus where final construction is wrapping up. These Sewer Line Improvements and Lift Station are to serve the new Pima High School. Time is of the essence, as school has already started. The Town of Pima has placed an order the lift station as delivery is 13-20 weeks out. The intent is for the awarded contractor to takeover the order. This will be discussed at the prebid meeting. Question Submission Deadline :September 1, 2025, 12:00pm The Solicitation Contact Person may require that an inquiry be submitted in writing. Any inquiry related to a Solicitation shall refer to the appropriate Solicitation number, page, and paragraph. Do not place the Solicitation number on the outside of the envelope containing the inquiry since it may then be identified as an Offer and not be opened until after the Offer Deadline.
