It shall be the intent of this contract to provide an engineering evaluation, demolition plan/sequence, and the furnishing of all labor, supervision, and necessary equipment to demolish, remove, and dispose of specific existing buildings and USTs (Underground Storage Tank) located on the parcels listed in the Scope of Work, all in strict accordance with PennDOT Publication 408, Section 202-Total Demolition or Partial Demolition of Buildings and Other Structures. Bidder performing the work shall be PennDOT pre-qualified, with a minimum of five (5) years experience in this field and have successfully completed similar work within the previous three (3) years.
