Construction services including all labor, materials, supplies, services, and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Statement of Work and all attached specifications and drawings. This requirement is a 100 percent Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS 236220 for commercial and institutional building construction, with a project magnitude between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 as defined by FAR 36.204. All applicable FAR and VAAR clauses in the solicitation or contract take precedence over any clauses referenced in supporting documents, and system updates in SAM may not reflect current policy; representations not included in the solicitation will not be considered in award decisions. The scope of work for this project includes 25 buildings. The specifications and drawings demonstrate all the work requirements which include: a. Repair of exterior features with various divisions of labor. b. Mechanical and electrical work required to repair exterior features. c. Architectural work as required to repair exterior features. d. Structural and foundation modifications as required to support new exterior repairs.
