The Western Virginia Water Authority (WVWA) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors to purchase electronic water meters 5/8", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2" thru 10" water meters and appurtenances. All local public bodies shall provide an option to submit bids or proposals through eVA or other electronic means. In cases where bids or proposals are submitted electronically, the local public body may also require a certain number of paper submissions for review purposes. Please be advised, the Western Virginia Water Authority will still be requesting hard copies to be submitted in our office by the deadline mentioned above. The contract term is one year with the ability to renew the contract annually if agreed to by both parties for a maximum of two more times. The one-year period shall begin on September 1, 2025. Contract agreements shall be executed within thirty days of bid opening.
