Supply and Installation of Replacement Slate-roofing at the Hotel Roanoke, Roanoke, Va The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center, Curio Collection by Hilton Invite Bids From Firms and Persons to Supply and Install Replacement Slate Roofing for the Hotel Roanoke. Each Bid Shall Contain the Information Required by the Contract Document. To Be Eligible for This Contract Award, Prospective Bidders Must Be Class a Contractors, With Extensive Experience and Associated References for Commercial Slate Roofing Replacement. The Selection Process Will Be Competitive Sealed Bidding. To the Extent Permitted by Virginia Law, the Hotel Roanoke, Lie. ("Lie") Retains the Absolute Discretion and Right to Reject Any or All Bids Received. The Hotel Roanoke is seeking bids from qualified firms to replace a partial section of Slate Roofing by removing current slate roofing and replacing it with new slate roofing system.
