This project involves the construction of streetscapes improvements along Magnolia Avenue between N Bertrand Street and N Kyle Street. The scope of work includes roadway, sidewalk, drainage, lighting and landscaping improvements. This work will generally extend the appearance of the streetscape improvements that were previously constructed along Magnolia Avenue between Jessamine Street and N Bertrand Street. Required Scope of Services The scope of work will include construction inspections, erosion prevention and sediment control inspections, utility coordination services, materials testing, and administrative assistance.
