Knox County desires a turnkey solution for the installation of synthetic turf fields onto the five (5) existing natural grass ballfields at the Knox County Sportspark located at 8050 Oak Ridge Highway, Knoxville, TN 37931. ' AWARD: Award will be made to the most responsive, responsible bidders(s) meeting specifications, and which presents the product and/or service that is in the best interest of Knox County. Knox County also reserves the right to not award this bid. Award will be made in accordance with the evaluation criteria specified herein. Knox County requires that bids submitted by hand be submitted with one (1) marked original and one (1) exact copy.
