The City requires a Supplier for timely delivery of de-icing road salt (sodium chloride), as required. In addition, the City is also exploring other options for an environmentally friendly granular or liquid de-icing product that may be considered as part of the City's winter maintenance strategy. The City intends to enter into an agreement with the successful proponent commencing October 1, 2025, for an initial term of three (3) years, with options in favor of the City to extend for an additional four (4) years in two (2) year increments.
