Reference Number 0000295809 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/07/15 11:59:00 PM MDT City of Airdrie is seeking a contractor to complete preventative maintenance on our collection and distribution system Duration: 3 years Option: 2 The successful respondent will provide the following document(s) prior to execution of the Agreement: Certificate of Insurance Commercial General Liability in an amount not less than $2MM per occurrence and $5MM in the aggregate amount. City of Airdrie must be named as additional insured, with thirty (30) days' notice of cancellation of, or material change in the policy to be provided to the City by the insurer. Evidence of renewal policy shall be provided to the City on each renewal term. Owned and/or Non-Owned Automobile Liability in an amount not less than $2MM per occurrence. WCB Clearance Letter. City of Airdrie Business License. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
