Site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Airdrie, Alberta. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for the addition of a two-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Phase 2: Project 915D1 - Work involves relocating Materials Management info approx. 3,000sf of 23ELH; converting the north exist to new delivery bay(s) with secured access gate; new overhead access door for Roads to exit onto the new east access road; redesign/relocate the main entrance and design adequate truck turning radii at new loading area; construction of a new alternative parking lot; addition of a partition between Material Management space and vehicle storage; redesign of asphalt structure at new delivery bays on the north side; as well as mechanical and electrical system upgrades. Project 915E - Expand 15 East Lake Hill - Phase 3 will involve redeveloping the land in front of 15 East Lake Hill in an additional parking lot. Grading and drainage will be a significant part of the scope. Phase 4 involves redeveloping the turnaround 'bulb' that is no longer required for bulk water truck turnaround after completion of phase 3. Grading and drainage will be a significant part of the scope as well paving, site storage areas and security fencing. Phase 5: Project 915F - construction of a 2-storey addition to 23ELH to include additional indoor vehicle parking, a new sign shop, and second floor office space (approx. 19,095 SF). Phase 6: Project 915D2 - expanding Material Management into space in 23 ELH, approx. 12,554 and mechanical & electrical system upgrades. TIMELINE: Planning and design work to commence shortly. Desired completion of the deliverables is by the end of 2025. Tender and construction schedules may be confirmed at that time. *Budget is unreleased.
