Reference Number 0000288323 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/29 11:59:00 PM MDT The City requires a Contractor to provide the Automated Collection, hauling and disposal for both the residential Waste (Black Cart) Program and Organics (Green Cart) Program. Proponents must submit a proposal for both service streams. Proposals for only one stream (waste or organics) will not be considered. The City intends to enter into an agreement with the successful proponent commencing April 1, 2026, for an initial term of five (5) years, with options in favor of the City to extend for an additional four (4) years in two (2) year increments. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
