Reference Number 0000285799 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/14 11:59:00 PM MDT The City of Airdrie has a need for the repair or replacement of concrete infrastructure (curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, wheelchair ramp) which has been removed by the City’s Water Services during water infrastructure maintenance. The contractor will provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment and incidentals to complete the required concrete work. The work will be completed on an as-needed basis, especially when the need is time sensitive. The annual scope of work is not assured; however, based on historical data, the historical annual expenditure is approximately $40,000. Certificate of Insurance Commercial General Liability in an amount not less than $2MM per occurrence and $5MM in the aggregate amount. City of Airdrie must be named as additional insured, with thirty (30) days' notice of cancellation of, or material change in the policy to be provided to the City by the insurer. Evidence of renewal policy shall be provided to the City on each renewal term. Owned and/or Non-Owned Automobile Liability in an amount not less than $2MM per occurrence.
