Reference Number 0000284676 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/04 11:59:00 PM MST Supply and Delivery of Irrigation Parts The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of approximately three (3) years and seven (7) months beginning June 1, 2025, ending December 31, 2028, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) years as one (1) increment. The term will be ending in December to align with the City's operational requirements removing the need for a mid-season contractual transition considering the seasonality of irrigation parts Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
