Site work for a transportation facility in Airdrie, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The City of Airdrie (the city) invites interested construction managers (respondents) to submit a quotation for construction management services for the CP Rail Grade Separation at Yankee Valley Boulevard (the project). The successful respondent will act as the construction manager (at risk) for this project, providing pre-construction consulting services, construction and post-construction services. The construction manager will play a key role in the planning and design phase to: (1) ensure an integrated approach to the design of the Project, (2) sound constructability, (3) optimal methods and materials, and (4) value for expenditures by the Owner. The project deliverables are further described under Section 4 below. No funding has been approved for the construction phase.
