Reference Number 0000281133 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/01/07 11:59:00 PM MST The City requires a qualified Consultant to develop the complete Transit Master Plan (TMP) and present, in-person, to Council and Committee(s). Certificate of Insurance Professional Liability insurance policy of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence or $2,000,000 in the aggregate amount. General Liability insurance policy of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence and $5,000,000 in the aggregate amount. The City must be added as additional insured, with thirty (30) days' notice of cancellation of, or material change in the policy to be provided to the City by the insurer. Evidence of renewal policy shall be provided to the City on each renewal term. Owned and non-owned automobile liability insurance of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence.
