Reference Number 0000278970 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/18 11:59:00 PM MDT Create a conceptual landscape design for improvements to the corridor. The design should include functional and physical improvements, integrating the corridor as part of placemaking and public gathering efforts within the Downtown. Generate a three-year phased implementation plan for the designed improvements. Provide detailed design drawings with costing for the three phases. Stage 1 is expected to commence upon the execution of the Agreement in April 2025 and to be completed on or before March 31, 2026. There is an option in favour of the City, contingent upon Council budget approval, satisfactory performance and mutual agreement on future phases and pricing, to extend the term until completion of the Deliverables of Stage 2, which is expected on or before December 31, 2028.
