Description

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Fort Benning, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

The project consists of replacing the existing roof system for Building 42 in entirety and to make necessary repairs of all deficiencies in conjunction with the roof replacements with 80 mil (rolled goods) PVC roof with 20-year warranty NDL, No Dollar Limit, that includes 15 years on interior damages. All existing layers of roofing, insulation, flashing, etc. to be removed. Other work required to complete this scope may consist of repairs and/or replacing flashing, soffit, curbs, drains, rotten wood, louvers, roof vents, roof exhausts, antenna, awning, masonry, caulking, sealant degradation, adding insulation, etc. If lightening protection is existing, replace with new certified system.
