1) Location and Project Description a) Stallion Run is located at the intersection of Old Lockhart Road and Unbridled Avenue within the Travis County MUD No. 26 of Travis County and located in the City of Mustang Ridge. b) The project scope includes approximately the following: Units 5 and 6 consist of 197 single family lots with 40 acres of clearing and grubbing, 6,885 linear feet of 8" water line, 5,715 linear feet of 8", SDR-26 sanitary sewer pipe, 4,907 linear feet of 18"-42" storm sewer pipe, 22,609 square yards of asphalt concrete and 48,071 square feet of 4'-5' concrete sidewalk. Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes approximately the following: 40 acres of clearing and grubbing,6,885 linear feet of 8" water line, 5,715 linear feet of 8",SDR-26 sanitary sewer pipe, 4,907 linear feet of 18"-42"storm sewer pipe, 22,609 square yards of asphalt concreteand 48,071 square feet of 4'concrete sidewalk. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or a certifiedor cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (5%) of the totalamount Bid, asa guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into theContract Documents and execute the Bonds on the formsprovided and provide the required insurance certificates andBonds within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids andto waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or biddingprocess except the time for submitting a Bid. The successfulbidder, if any, will be the responsible bidder, which in theBoard's judgment will be most advantageous to the Districtand result in the best and most economical completion ofthe Project.
